Yoga and Meditation
Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists. Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

Yoga and Meditation are an integral part of life at Shree Sai Sadhbhaavana School. In a world, that cannot take a minute to catch a break, we believe the mindfulness skills they acquire will make them happier people.
Art and Craft
To create one’s own world takes courage. Painting is a means of self-enlightenment.

With free art classes, our children learn to set their minds free. We give them the courage to stand out and be who they are. Creativity is magic. Our children dip their brush in their own soul, and paint their own nature into their pictures.
Music and Dance
When the music and dance create with accord, their magic captivates both the heart and the mind.

Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion. Our students are given free dance and music classes and encouraged to listen to the poetry of their feet and the songs of their souls.
Celebrating Festivals
Western dictionaries define secularism as absence of religion but Indian secularism does not mean irreligiousness. It means profusion of religions.

In a time where the country is split based on religions and castes, we are taking a step towards promoting oneness in our students. We celebrate every festival at Shree Sai Sadhbhaavana School. Be it exchanging gifts on Christmas, sharing food on Ramzan, lighting lamps on Diwali - secularism is at the heart of our diverse school.
Field Trips and Excursion
Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach of us more than we can ever learn from books.

In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. Our students are taken on multiple field trips and excursion to learn from the greatest teacher, Mother Nature, herself.
